Radiology Residency Program With MSIT

The Baptist Memorial Hospital (BMH) residency program, in conjunction with Mid-South Imaging & Therapeutics, P.A., has been in existence for more than 30 years. The program is accredited for a maximum of 6 residents per year (24 maximum total).

Over 500,000 exams are performed each year at the teaching hospitals that are part of the Baptist Memorial Healthcare System in metro Memphis. This volume results in one of the highest exam/resident ratios in the nation. The BMH radiology residency training program participates in the National Intern/Residency Match Program available for senior medical students. The residency program can assist applicants in obtaining local internships if so desired.

  • Participation in the AFIP radiology/pathology program is strongly encouraged, with tuition paid and further financial support from Mid-South Imaging & Therapeutics and Baptist Memorial Hospital.
